**About the Role** As part of Nexperia’s continued growth in Malaysia, we are looking for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team in **Seremban**. In this role, you will lead recruitment activities for a wide range of semiconductor manufacturing positions, supporting our site growth and ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent across engineering, operations, technical, and support functions. This position is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong experience hiring for semiconductor manufacturing environments and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry. **What You Will Do** * Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance * Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies * Lead recruitment efforts for semiconductor manufacturing roles, including engineering, production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and other critical site functions * Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping * Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and screening activities to identify the best talent * Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices * Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process * Support workforce planning and recruitment projects related to site expansion and business growth * Manage recruitment data, reporting, ATS updates, and hiring metrics * Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and hiring quality * Represent Nexperia at career fairs, industry events, universities, and recruitment campaigns to strengthen our employer brand **What You Will Need** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field * 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial sector * Proven track record recruiting for high-volume and specialized manufacturing positions * Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing talent markets and sourcing strategies * Experience partnering with stakeholders at different organizational levels, from frontline managers to senior leadership * Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques * Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability * Fluency in English; additional Asian languages would be an advantage **Why Join Nexperia?** Join a global semiconductor company that is investing in the future of manufacturing and technology.
