Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws. 2\. Handle tax litigation matters, including preparation of replies to notices, appeals, submissions, and supporting documentation. 3\. Coordinate with tax authorities, consultants, and legal professionals for assessments, hearings, and litigation matters. 4\. Assist in tax assessments, audits, departmental inquiries, and appellate proceedings. 5\. Research tax legislation, judicial precedents, circulars, and notifications to support litigation and advisory assignments. 6\. Monitor amendments in tax laws and evaluate their impact on the organization. 7\. Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, and compliance reports. 8\. Maintain proper documentation and records for tax compliance and litigation matters. 9\. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting/ERP software. 6\. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7\.
