We are seeking passionate and professional instructors who are excited to help Japanese learners gain confidence in English and achieve their personal and professional goals. As an AEON Online Lesson instructor, you will meet learners from all walks of life, from business professionals preparing for international opportunities to adults learning English for travel, study, or personal growth. Through one-on-one online lessons, you will play a meaningful role in helping students take the next step on their English learning journey. For instructors interested in Japan and Japanese culture, these conversations often become valuable opportunities for cultural exchange as well as language learning. **【Compensation】** Compensation (estimated): From ¥1,800 per hour \*Lessons: ¥900 (tax included) per 25-minute lesson slot \*Please note that compensation is not paid on an hourly basis. Earnings are determined based on the number of lessons taught. Workshops with mock lesson:  ¥5,500 (tax included) flat payment \*Workshops are provided to learn teaching content; participation is recommended for inexperienced instructors.
