In short: We simplify mobility. **Team Leader Marketing Content Factory (all genders)** full-time position in our Division Marketing in the Frankfurt metropolitan area as soon as possible. **Your tasks:** * Lead the content and communication workstream of the Edenred Mobility rebranding across EMEA, including naming architecture, messaging, asset transition and market rollout in close collaboration with Group teams in Paris * Build and govern Edenred Mobility’s organic social media presence across EMEA, defining strategies, editorial calendars and channel playbooks across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok * Develop commercial content in collaboration with our Sales Excellence team that supports revenue, including customer success stories, testimonials, case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets and sales enablement materials * Establish scalable content approaches and clear processes for content requests, prioritisation, production, approval and performance measurement * Lead visual storytelling and create engaging formats such as infographics, explainer visuals and short-form video that make our products easy to understand and share * Select and manage agencies and freelancers, while leading and developing the Marketing Content team and continuously improving quality, speed and AI-supported production * Own media relations, press releases, executive thought leadership and selected key events, while working closely with the Growth & Demand team to connect content with paid media, SEA and SEO activities **Your profile:** * Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration or a comparable qualification * Several years of leadership experience in marketing content, brand or communications, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven ability to develop and raise the performance of a team * Hands-on experience with rebranding or brand architecture projects within a complex corporate environment involving multiple entities, countries and stakeholders * Proven experience in building and growing organic social media channels across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, with a clear focus on measurable performance * Strong editorial judgement and excellent copywriting skills, combined with experience in PR, media relations and commercial content that supports business objectives * Experience in selecting and managing agencies and freelancers, including pitches, briefing, quality management and budget responsibility, combined with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach * Confident use of AI tools for content production, such as ChatGPT or Claude, and a good understanding of automation platforms as well as AI-powered image and video tools * Excellent English and German skills; additional language skills are an advantage **What do we offer?** * Flexible working hours: The optimal compatibility of family, leisure and career is a matter of course for us. * Shopping Card: The Ticket Plus City Card is topped up with €50 per month for all employees. * Mobile working: Whether working from home or on site in a team, flexibility is very important to us.  Please submit your application documents in **German or** **English**.
