Join our family. **Team Leader Mechanical** **The Role** Delivers mechanical engineering outputs on time and with high quality, while providing functional leadership to a team of mechanical engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination across project activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate daily mechanical engineering activities * Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes * Review and validate mechanical engineering deliverables * Perform complex mechanical design and modelling (piping, HVAC, cable trays) * Prepare drawings, calculations, and technical documentation * Coordinate outsourced engineering activities * Generate workshop information and support production and commissioning * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards **Skills & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience * Strong knowledge of yacht mechanical systems and engineering processes * Experience with Cadmatic Outfitting and AutoCAD * Good command of English **Other Requirements** * Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya * Willing to travel abroad * No military obligation (for male candidates) Recruiter: Burcu Gökçek Email: [email protected] Please apply through the Apply Button.
