Sambhajinagar * **Experience:** 5 to 8 Years  * **Qualification:** Diploma – Electrical or mechanical  **Key Responsibilities**  * Execute daily production plans and achieve assembly targets.  * Monitor complete genset assembly activities including engine, alternator, canopy, fuel system, wiring, and final fitment.  * Ensure line balancing and optimum manpower utilization.  * Coordinate with Stores, Planning, Quality, Testing, and Maintenance teams.  * Lead, train, and motivate assembly operators and technicians.  * Conduct daily shift meetings and review production performance.  * Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and skill development.  * Ensure compliance with EHS and safety requirements.  * Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.  * Drive productivity, quality, and cost-improvement initiatives.  **Required Skills**  * Genset assembly and manufacturing processes  * Engine and alternator integration knowledge  * Reading engineering drawings and BOMs  * Production planning and manpower management  * Root Cause Analysis, Quality systems and process audits, SAP production transactions, MS Excel and reporting  **Posting Dates:** Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply Not ready to apply?
