Join our family. **Team Leader Shipbuilding** **The Role** Delivers shipbuilding engineering outputs with high quality and on time, while providing functional leadership to a team of shipbuilding engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate daily shipbuilding engineering activities * Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting * Review and validate shipbuilding engineering deliverables * Perform complex design, calculations, and drawings * Coordinate outsourced engineering and support production * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations **Skills & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience * Strong knowledge of shipbuilding engineering and processes * Experience with Cadmatic Hull and AutoCAD * Good command of English **Other Requirements** * Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya * Willing to travel abroad * No military obligation (for male candidates) Recruiter: Burcu Gökçek Email: [email protected] Please apply through the Apply Button.
