Team Manager & Country Lead - Cloud Managed Services

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** * Lead the hiring and people management strategy for the Managed Services team in Poland, aligning compensation, market knowledge, and local labor laws with Veeva standards. * Directly manage a high-performing team of experts and managers, ensuring accurate resource planning, capacity management, and individual performance management. * Collaborate closely with other Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy. * Engage directly with customers and serve as the escalation and delivery lead on selected strategic accounts. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * 10+ years of overall professional IT consulting experience, including recent employment at a global consulting or software company. * 5+ years of direct experience managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people within the local market. * Strong, proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams in Poland or Central Europe. * Clear and practical understanding of the Polish tech market and Polish labor law. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Based in or around Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.
