Because good debt collection starts with strong IT. * Lead a team of SRE experts, automating infrastructure as "Infrastructure as Code". * Serve as a role model, actively participating in technological implementations and cloud migration projects. * Oversee the maintenance, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD. * Guide the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance. * Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure using AWS services. * Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and promote knowledge sharing within the team. * Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. * Apply security best practices, ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO27k, and optimize AWS costs using AWS Cost Explorer and Budgets. * Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required; proficiency in German for business purposes is not necessary. * Extensive professional experience as a Senior DevOps, preferably with team leadership experience. * Experience in designing and implementing AWS cloud infrastructures, particularly in large migration projects. * Developed Infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible. * Deep understanding of the TCP/IP stack and general proficiency in networking. * Proficient in containerization and virtualization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), with experience in managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI. * Skilled in automation scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell, and adept at version control using Git, GitHub, and GitLab. * Experienced in orchestrating containerized applications using Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or EKS, implementing service mesh solutions like Istio or Linkerd, and managing NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB.
