Technical Associate - Engineering & Maintenance

**Job Description:** -------------------- **Qualification** : Diploma / B.Sc. degree from an accredited college or university in Chemical or Environmental Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent Science degree. **Experience/ Exposure** : 3\+ years of working experience in water treatment field at chemical / Pharmaceutical industries. **Role & Responsibilities: (Key accountability areas)** * Operation of Zero Liquid Discharge Plant (Extended Aeration System, MBR, RO, MEE, & ATFD). * Sampling and testing wastewater (COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, DO, etc.,). * Optimization of chemical dosing by doing Jar testing. * Ensure the safety policies and work permit during all work. * Ensure that the best operational practices and SOP discipline is followed and maintained in the Department. * Understanding of the machinery used for wastewater treatment plant. * Ability to diagnose and correct wastewater treatment plant malfunctions. **Key Technical Skills** * ZLD (MEE, ATFD, RO, & MBR) operation & trouble shooting. * Adhering to the Pollution control Board norms. * PLC/ SCADA operation **Location:** ------------- Ferring India Production
