Technical Executive

**Role summary:** * Responsible for bridging the gap between the technical aspects of the company's products and the marketing strategies to promote them in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. * Developing technical marketing content, collaborating with product development teams, and providing technical expertise to support sales and marketing efforts in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. * Effectively communicating the technical value propositions of the company’s products to customers and stakeholders in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. **General responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:**   * Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches. * Conduct technical training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of the products. * Analyze technical aspects of competing products and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams. * Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions using the company’s products. * Provide feedback from customers and market analysis to influence product development and improvements. * Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and optimize technical content for online platforms, including the company website, social media, and email campaigns. * Ensure that technical content is SEO-friendly and aligns with digital marketing strategies. **Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:**   * Create and develop technical marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, product datasheets, technical presentations, and webinars. * Ensure that all technical content accurately represents the product's features, benefits, and applications. * Develop technical product collateral and training materials to support product introductions. * Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer engagements. * Assist in preparing technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers and industry events. * Work closely with product development teams to understand product features, enhancements, and future developments. * Represent the company as a technical expert at industry conferences, webinars, and trade shows. * Contribute to industry publications and blogs to establish the company’s thought leadership in the market.
