**Technical Field Specialist – Athens Greece**

**What will you be doing?**
We are currently recruiting a Clinical Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting surgical procedures, ensuring the effective use of our products in clinical environments, and delivering a high standard of service to our healthcare partners.
**What will you need to be successful?**
* Provide hands-on clinical support during surgical procedures
* Ensure the correct preparation, handling, and delivery of surgical instruments and medical devices
* Collaborate closely with surgeons and hospital teams to understand case requirements
* Support the safe and efficient execution of procedures in operating theatre environments
* Coordinate daily surgical schedules and ensure readiness of required materials
* Communicate effectively with clinical stakeholders on case-specific needs
* Verify hospital charge sheets and ensure accurate post-procedure documentation
* Manage the return, sterilisation, and handling of surgical instruments and materials
* Support the full sales cycle through accurate documentation and coordination
* Manage delivery notes, invoicing, and return processes
* Ensure accurate tracking of orders, charging, and collections
* Gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
* Identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement
* Support product training and clinical education initiatives
* Assist with inventory planning to ensure product availability
* Communicate future resource requirements to support operational efficiency
**Successful candidates would need the following:**
* Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
* Strong understanding of anatomy and surgical procedures
* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure operating room environments
* Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and accountability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Teams
* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
