Technical Lead

### This is a remote position. The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for product development teams, ensuring scalable architecture, high-quality code, and successful product delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, Engineers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable software solutions. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of digital products from concept to deployment. * Define system architecture and engineering standards for scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering teams. * Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Drive API-first development and integration with third-party platforms and payment systems. * Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines. * Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions throughout the product lifecycle. * Oversee CI/CD processes, deployment strategies, and production readiness. * Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and successful releases. * Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical backlog prioritization. ### Required Qualifications * 9+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. * Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams. * Strong experience building scalable web, mobile, or fintech applications. * Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in remote, distributed Agile teams. ### Technical Skills * Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or Go * React, Angular, or Vue.js * REST APIs & Microservices * Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Docker & Kubernetes * CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI) * SQL & NoSQL Databases * Git & Version Control * Agile/Scrum Methodologies Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
