Technical Officer

Responsibilities: ----------------- * Supervising Architectural and M&E works at project sites. * Overseeing non‑structural works in PPVC and/or PBU fit‑out yards. * Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, specifications, and site requirements. * Reporting to the Lead Consultant, Project Management Consultant, Landscape Architecture Sub‑Consultant, and respective Qualified Persons (Arch/C&S/M&E).   Requirements: * Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology), or an equivalent ITE certification. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervision of building projects. * Must have attended MOM‑accredited safety courses and maintain annual safety‑related training to ensure competency. * For deployment to landscape works, candidates must hold a WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or an HDB‑approved equivalent.
