Technical Operations Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Technical** **Operations Support/Coordinator** to support our client’s operational processes during **US daytime hours (Philippines night shift)**. This role is primarily operational and client-facing, focused on ensuring continuity, accuracy, and smooth handovers between night and day teams. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy structured workflows, documentation, quality assurance, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. ### **Core Responsibilities:** * Serve as the **primary point of contact for client inquiries** during US daytime hours. * Support **day-to-day operational processes** and system configurations. * Perform **quality assurance (QA) checks** to ensure accuracy and completeness of work. * Prepare and maintain **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**, documentation, and detailed handover notes to ensure seamless transition with the daytime team. * **Monitor dashboards and operational reports**; identify and escalate issues when necessary. * Collaborate closely with **internal teams** to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges. * Ensure adherence to established workflows, processes, and documentation standards. * Proactively follow up on tasks and unresolved issues to ensure closure. ### **Complementary Skills (Nice to Have):** * Basic knowledge of **SQL, Excel, dashboards, or reporting tools** * Ability to perform **light data analysis** to spot trends, inconsistencies, or anomalies * Familiarity with QA processes and operational reporting ### **Ideal Candidate Profile:** ### Experience * Entry-level: **0–2 years** in operations, support, QA, or a related role ### Core Skills * Operational support and workflow management * ### SOP and documentation maintenance * Clear written and verbal **English communication** * Client-facing support or internal stakeholder collaboration * Strong attention to detail and process adherence * Problem-solving with proactive follow-through ### Traits * ### Detail-oriented and organized * Adaptable and comfortable working independently * ### Collaborative and responsive * Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership ### **Work Schedule:** * Must be willing and able to work **Philippines night shift hours** to support US daytime operations ### **Important Notes:** ### This role is NOT a fit for candidates who: * Are primarily focused on advanced data analytics or senior-level analytical roles * Are seeking a data-heavy, strategy-driven position * Lack client-facing or operational support experience * Are unable or unwilling to work night-shift hours Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
