Our associates are encouraged to challenge the status quo, share ideas openly, and collaborate with purpose — shaping not just technology solutions, but the future of distribution itself. **Your role in making an impact** As a **Technical Pre-Sales Consultant – HPE**, you will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. * Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer business and technical requirements. * Design and propose networking solutions using Juniper / Aruba (HPE Networking) technologies. * Deliver customer presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations. * Prepare technical documentation including network designs (HLD/LLD), BOMs, SOWs, and proposals; respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs. * Provide technical consulting, support PoCs/PoVs, and stay updated on networking technologies while supporting partners and clients. Your contributions will directly impact revenue growth and partner success in the Gulf market. **What you’ll contribute to our team** **Experience & skills** * Experience: 5+ years in networking with hands-on exposure to Juniper products and solution design. * Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of routing & switching (MX, EX, QFX, SRX) and protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN-VXLAN, SD-WAN. * Domain Knowledge: Experience across enterprise networking, data center, security, wireless, and cloud networking. * Cloud Familiarity: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. **What would make a great fit** * Customer focus: brings a deep understanding of partner and end-customer needs, building trust through consistent and responsive support. * Communicates effectively: presents complex technical concepts with clarity, adapting style to different audiences from engineers to business decision-makers. * Nimble learning: embraces new technologies and market shifts with curiosity, applying fresh knowledge quickly to create value for partners. **A career built to thrive** Joining Ingram Micro means becoming part of a global leader in technology solutions.
