Technical Program Manager System in Package Semiconductor Packaging Operations

In this highly visible role, you will serve as the operation expert in manufacturing process, yields, and factory readiness for mass production, partnering with a cross-functional team that includes design, supplier quality, test, service, and technical program engineers. Bring your engineering depth and program leadership to one of the most operationally complex areas at Apple.
