Technical Sales Representative

**JOB DESCRIPTION:** -------------------- **Job Summary** * Drive and execute sales planning and selling activities to assigned accounts and territories. * Provide technical support to physicians during Cardiac Rhythm Management device implant and follow-up. * Work as a team to support and achieve company's goals and directions. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform Cardiac Rhythm Management product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories. * Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve annual plan, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories with sales planning, revenue & market share tracking report as well as account customers profile in assigned accounts or territories. * Provide technical support of Cardiac Rhythm Management products in Hong Kong and Macau. * Provide training to doctors, nurses & healthcare professional. * Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner as per company policy. * Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor. * Understand local government healthcare policy and market trend. * Serve as back-up for other team members. **Requirements: Education and Experience** * Willing to travel and work overtime. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc. * Excellent spoken and written English and local language skills. * Qualifications at a degree level in a medical or business-related field required. **The base pay for this position is** N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. **JOB FAMILY:** --------------- Sales Force **DIVISION:** ------------- CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management **LOCATION:** ------------- Hong Kong : Suite 1608, 16/F Exchange Tower, 33 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, HONG KONG **ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:** ------------------------- **WORK SHIFT:** --------------- Standard **TRAVEL:** ----------- Not specified **MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:** ------------------------- Not Applicable **SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:** -------------------------------- Not Applicable
