We understand ourselves as advisors to our customers and act pro-actively. **Main Accountabilities** * Provide expert technical guidance to customers and colleagues as technical service representative * Manage warranty claims, investigate product failures, and drive sustainable corrective actions * Make technical and commercial decisions while managing warranty costs * Drive customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities through technical work * Conduct field and service-station product inspections and failure investigations as required * Visit customers to present and promote Accelleron’s technical solutions * Deliver technical training to customers and colleagues * Collaborate with the global technical service organization and contribute to Continuous Product Improvement projects **Knowledge, Skill and Experience** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as marine or mechanical engineering * Strong written and spoken English skills are required * Knowledge of engines or the maritime industry is an advantage * Minimum of three years’ work experience **We look forward to receiving your application.
