### This is a remote position. **Job Role:**We are seeking a skilledTechnical Writerto join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and easily understandable content for our no-code SAAS product. You will play a vital role in ensuring our non-technical customers can effectively use our product and understand its features.**Project Role:** Technical Writer **Work Experience:** 3+ years **Work location:** Remote **Must Have Skills:** UX Writing, Technical Writing **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Develop high-quality content for our SAAS based software, ensuring it is concise, clear, and easy to understand for a non-technical audience. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to gather information and understand the features and functionalities of our product. * Write user-friendly content, such as tooltips, how-to-guides, tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles, to help users navigate our platform and resolve common issues. * Translate complex technical concepts into simple language that is accessible to non-technical users. * Regularly update and maintain existing content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with the latest product updates. * Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive designs, screenshots, and visuals to enhance the understanding of the content. * Continuously improve content quality by gathering user feedback, analyzing user behavior and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. * Apply UX writing principles to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across all content touch points.
