**Job Title** Technician **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** * Assist Audio Visual (AV), Event and Cleaning team providing technical support for FP1 & FP2 event, seminar and meeting set-up etc. * Carries out maintenance work in accordance to maintenance schedule and monitor AV contractors carrying out of regular servicing * Front line response attending to users’ feedback on AV related issues and areas with AV equipment and system such as meeting rooms and auditorium * Provides feedback on AV equipment performance, safety requirements and improvement work to be carried out * Conduct set-up, perform basic AV troubleshooting and diagnosis on AV issues and requests * Ensure AV contractor performance and working with vendors and contractors to certify work is completed according to specifications * Standby during events and setting up of the AV system and equipment * Switch off AV equipment, projector etc when not in use * Assist Event Executive coordinate liaise with user design layout (including retractable seats), furniture etc as per required configuration requirement * Conduct regular inspection to AV system and equipment and submit regular reports to the AV engineer * Align with team culture and covering duties include event, door arm and disarm and helpdesk services when required * Ensure proper handing and taking over of AV equipment/system as well as sign off to the users * Standby FCC to support M&E team when needed * Any other duties as and when assigned INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
