Execution and troubleshooting of Technology validation DoE, full process stations, process improving and maintenance, especially in NPI phase. * Provide technical support for full processing station to solve the major problems rising in production on time. * Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need. * Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products. * Monitoring the process is implemented correctly as required. * Rectify any wrong operation and process. * Stabilization the process conditions. Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency.   * Assist production to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down. * Ensure technical operation and documents are implemented well to production. * Investigate the assigned process defect causes and work out the best solution. * Dig out the root cause and follow up with corrective actions. * Assist other process engineers to implement the process * Test when need.
