As a Maintenance Technician, your role will be to ensure the hotel operates seamlessly on a technical level, providing support in maintaining the property and its systems. **Responsibilities ** * Maintenance and repair of technical systems in the hotel, including electrical installations, plumbing systems, air conditioning, and others. * Monitoring the condition of equipment and performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation. * Responding to technical failures and providing quick and efficient problem resolution. * Collaborating with other members of the technical team to achieve high maintenance standards. * Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure all technical aspects comply with hotel standards. * Communicating with supervisors about the condition of technical systems and maintenance needs. **Qualifications ** * Experience in maintaining technical systems, preferably in a hotel environment. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to situations. * Expertise in working with electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems. * Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service to guests and staff. * Ability to work both in a team and independently.
