Job Summary ----------- Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, repair or replace faulty equipment, and ensure optimal system performance  Testing and Diagnostics: Run tests, analyze results, and diagnose problems to prevent system failures  Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems. * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime. * Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system diagnostics. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports. * Work closely with team members and contractors to support maintenance operations. * Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements ------------ * NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline. * Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems. * Good problem-solving and communication skills. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Relevant maintenance experience is an advantage.
