**Job Description**: _a. EHS_ * Ensure all activities in laboratory and machine hall will comply with company EHS standard with zero reportable accident. * Maintaining awareness and adhering to EH&S procedures and standards. _b. Product development_ * Ensure optimum products development by using the combined resources of the Global Application Teams in Asia, EAME & USA. * Coordinate with Technical Manager to develop the specified request products for Asia countries and update the progress regularly. * Transfer the system management and operation technology to country technician for the product commercialization smoothly. _c. Capability improvement_ To promote personal capability and professional experience for Elastomer product applications by: * Refresh the market trend regularly and keep high personal sensitivity for new products application in new market. * Collect competitive information including products / activities / literatures. * Establish good communication links with Asia Commercial & Technical Service teams. * Keeping high efficiency of teamwork in APAC. **Additional Locations:**
