Job Description Our company Information Technology division partners with colleagues across the business to help serve our patients and customers around the world. Ours is a high-energy team of dynamic, innovative individuals dedicated to leveraging information and technology to efficiently drive revenue and productivity, thereby advancing our company's contribution to global medical innovation. ### Responsibilities * Engage with IT practitioners and act as a consultant for the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Technology Risk Profile, Digital SDLC, and the IT Controls. * Author and review SDLC documentation and facilitate user testing. * Provide advice to IT colleagues regarding the practical application of the SDLC and implementation of IT Controls for product teams. * Support efforts to reduce SDLC documentation through automation and pipeline delivery. * Advance Agile SDLC and IT Controls competency and drive good practices for product teams. * Work across product teams and initiatives as subject matter expert on the SDLC and IT Controls. * Assist in collecting information for Change Control and addressing impact changes for application releases. * Ensure that the IT organization operates and complies with established policies/procedures. * Support audit/inspection readiness and participate in the timely review and Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) response. ### Qualifications _Required_ * Bachelor's Degree is required. * 3+ years working in IT, Quality or Compliance. * Technical knowledge and understanding of System Development Life Cycle, GxP principles, and computer validation. * Demonstrate an ability to influence decisions and champion policy changes. * Demonstrate an executive presence through good communication and professionalism. * Understanding of emerging technologies used in the IT industry, such as cloud, data science, and analytics platforms. _Preferred_ * Concentration in an Information Technology or related field. * Exposure to at least one of the following: research, manufacturing, Infrastructure, software development, or security. **What we offer** * Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment * Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally * Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern * Competitive salary & incentive pay * Pension and health insurance contributions * Internal reward system and referral scheme * **5**  weeks annual leave, **5** sick days, **15** days of certified sick leave paid above statutory requirements annually, **40**  paid hours annually for volunteering activities, **12** weeks of parental contribution * Cafeteria for tax free benefits according to your choice (meal vouchers, sport, culture, health, travel, etc.), Multisport Card * Vodafone, Raiffeisen Bank, Foodora, and discount programmes * Up-to-date laptop and iPhone * Parking in the garage, showers, refreshments, massage chairs, library, music corner  _Ready to take up the challenge?
