Job Description
**Service Center**
CSCS TX
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES:**
* Develop and implement technology-driven strategies to drive improved performance in our collision repair centers. This will include improving repair order accuracy and parts procurement efficiency.
* Partner with Central Operations to define business needs, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
* Lead product selection and implementation for AI-powered Guided AI Agents, automation tools, and analytics solutions to streamline processes.
* Collaborate with application engineering, IT business analysis, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, data, procurement, and operational teams to develop and deploy technology solutions.
* Ensure projects align with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
* Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, key performance metrics, and customer feedback.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
* Manage relationships with vendors and partners, conducting performance assessments and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:**
* Strong understanding of process optimization in operations and supply chain environments.
* Expertise in AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications.
* Knowledge of ERP, supply chain management, and parts procurement software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
* Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and drive adoption.
* Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* Proven 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading process improvement initiative in operations, logistics, or supply chain technology.
* Experience in the automotive, repair, or aftermarket services industry is a plus.
**CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, AND LANGUAGE SKILLS (If needed):**
* Certifications such as PMP, CSPO, ITIL, or equivalent experience preferred.
