The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) and be able to effectively engage with patients, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into OPD visits. Key Responsibilities 1\. Make outbound calls to prospective patients to promote the hospital's healthcare services. 2\. Handle inbound calls professionally by addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments. 3\. Follow up with leads and patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. 4\. Convert patient inquiries and leads into confirmed OPD appointments. 5\. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient interactions using MS Excel and other internal systems. 6\. Coordinate with doctors, departments, and the patient care team to ensure smooth appointment management. 7\. Build and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing timely assistance and resolving basic queries. 8\. Support other departments whenever required to ensure seamless patient service. 9\.
