Telesales Executive - Bancassurance

**Primary Objective:** * Responsible for initiating outbound calls to achieve given sales target **Key Responsibilities:** * Sales Management * To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily) * Ensure all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line * Ensure conversion rate/success rate of leads are within stipulated targets * Service Management * Maintain accurate customer inform **Requirements:** * Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in sales environment * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
