You will play a key role in maintaining market access and business continuity by owning pricing processes, managing tender submissions, and supporting reimbursement activities. This role acts as a central operational interface with health authorities, procurement bodies, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that pricing and tender strategies are effectively implemented in line with Takeda’s standards. **How you will contribute** * Execute local pricing strategies in line with global and regional guidance, using data and market insights to support recommendations * Lead end-to-end hospital tender processes, including planning, documentation, submission, and contract follow-up * Ensure all pricing and tender activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards * Monitor pricing levels, tender developments, and contractual requirements, proactively identifying risks or inconsistencies * Lead pricing and reimbursement applications and support interactions with health authorities, including preparation of relevant materials * Provide operational input to product launches and lifecycle management related to pricing and market access * Maintain accurate pricing data in internal and external systems, ensuring consistency, data quality, and compliance * Act as a key contact for pricing and tender-related matters, coordinating cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams * Lead communication on product availability, pricing updates, and tender outcomes, ensuring timely and clear information flow **What you bring to Takeda** * Relevant degree in business, economics, life sciences, or similar field * 3–5 years of experience in pricing, tendering, market access, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector * Solid understanding of local healthcare systems and tender processes * Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions * Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks * A structured and accountable working style with a focus on execution and quality **Locations** ------------- FIN - Helsinki **Base Salary Range:** €77,500.00 - €106,590.00 For information about our benefits, please click [here](https://jobs.takeda.com/benefits). **Worker Type** --------------- Employee **Worker Sub-Type** ------------------- Regular **Time Type** ------------- Full time
