Tender Quantity Surveyor

**Purpose** * Prepare competitive tender submissions, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for Facilities Management (FM), maintenance, engineering, and A&A projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare tender pricing, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). * Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. * Source, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations. * Review contractors' quotations and Schedule of Rates (SOR) to ensure competitive pricing. * Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals, and tender clarifications. * Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments. * Maintain tender documentation, cost databases, and pricing records. **Requirements** * Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum **5 years'** experience in tendering, estimating, or commercial quantity surveying, preferably in Facilities Management, engineering, maintenance, or construction. * Strong knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and SOR pricing. * Good analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and estimating/QS software At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
