Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Operate and monitor terminal equipment to load and unload materials safely and efficiently * Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment and work areas * Maintain accurate records of materials handled and operational activities * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations * Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations **What Are We Looking For** * Railcar mover experience would be considered an asset * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety * Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and machinery * Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
