Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Test Engineer** located in **Guadalajara Norte.** Reporting to the **Test Engineer**, the **Test Engineer’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Directs and/or coordinate electronic technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing. * Direct and coordinate electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data. * Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations. * Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues. * Develops and/or modifies test programs using various languages like Python * Develop test plans and procedures. * Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test development, enhancements, test fixtures. * Performs failure analysis on environmental test failures. * Coordinates 3rd party development of ESS activities. * Performs failure analysis on functional test failures. * Performs failure analysis on environmental test failures. * Coordinates 3rd party development of ESS activities. * Experience in electronical industry (desirable). * Knowledge, NI, Teststand, Labview, desirable **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Intermediate English. * Bachelor’s Degree. * Develops instrument drivers. * Leadership for managing work teams and effective communication with other departments. * Develops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level. * Designs and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces. * Develop test plans and procedures. * Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test, * Designs, develops and/or supports environmental test programs, procedures and profiles * Designs and/or supports mechanical/electrical interfaces for product tests. * Performs failure analysis on environmental test failures. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance ### EM57 Job Category ------------ Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
