Job Summary ----------- **Job summary:** _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Test Engineer** located in **Aguascalientes**._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._ * _Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data._ * _Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues._ * _Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._ * _May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software._ * _Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._ * _Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._ * _Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production._ * _Create and maintain process documentation._ * _Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector._ * _Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations._ _**Specialized Job Responsibilities may be required for certain positions. These could include one or more of the following duties:**_ _**IN-CIRCUIT**_ * _Develops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs._ * _Develops or modifies test models._ * _Performs written analysis of fault grade._ * _Develops quotes for test development and enhancements._ * _Performs test ability analysis (DFT)._ * _Performs mechanical analysis of test fixtures._ * _Coordinates 3rd part development of in-circuit programs, enhancements, and test fixtures._ _**SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE**_ * _Analyzes and interprets software or system level diagnostic failure (software and hardware)._ * _Develops and/or modifies software or system level plans and tests._ * _Develops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs._ * _Develops quotes for test development and enhancements._ * _Performs test ability analysis (DFT)._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in related field_ * _Advance English._ * _**In-circuit testing experience / use on Keysight/Agilent 3070 platforms**_ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- * _Experience in test engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area_ * _Experience in functional test equipment_ * _Prior Services or Failure Analysis experience._ * _Experience ON In-Circuit Testing_ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * _Competitive Salary._ * _Life & Medical insurance._ * _Christmas Bonus._ * _Food Coupons._ * _Saving Fund._ _XS65_ Job Category ------------ Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
