Test Process Engineer

* Key Responsibilities: - 1\. Lead yield improvement, productivity and cycle time improvements. 2\. Support of production lot disposition, determine root cause and fixes. 3. New product/process introduction, develop procedures and process controls for high volume manufacturing. 4\. Develop jigs and fixtures as needed. 5\. Develop production training materials and OCAPs. * Requirement: 1\. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Eletrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or equivalent. 2\. 0 - 3 years of working experience in related field. * Required Skills:- 1\. Self-motivated team player with high level of ownership. 2\. Excellent verbal and communication skills in English. 3\. Able to work independently in a fast- paced global team environment. 4\. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 5\. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 6\. Familiar with semiconductor test process. 7\. Familiarity with data analysis tools or basic programming (e.g., Unix/Linux, C++) is advantageous. 8\.
