Th Technical Support

* Take care of Connect Dental Digital Products. * Maintain and repair products software and hardware. * Inspect, analyze damage, as well as repair and replace parts. * Manage technical problems and after sales services. * Providing present, education and training of digital devices. * Providing information about products or services including demonstrations of products and delivering products to customers when required. * Coordinates closely with Sales and related parties to support our customers. * Other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
