Toll Out Supervisor

Job Description: * Monitor and ensure periodic reporting of packaging material stock levels, both physical and systemic, to maintain smooth production processes. * Coordinate and monitor activities related to the receiving, handling, storage, recording, and dispatch of finished goods in the warehouse. * Conduct periodic stock takes to ensure physical quantities of packaging materials and finished goods match system records. * Coordinate and collaborate with PPIC and QM to schedule goods receipts from principals, ensuring incoming goods meet principal criteria. * Supervise and follow up on packaging material arrivals according to schedules and Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accurate recording of rejected materials to maintain compliance with established standards. * Coordinate with Toll-Out manufacturing facilities to execute production plans provided by the Logistics Section Head. * Monitor overall budget utilization at Toll-Out facilities. * Manage company assets at Toll-Out facilities and process requests for asset rejection, disposal/destruction, or transfer. * Evaluate and recommend effective operational procedures to the Section Head for continuous improvement to drive workflow productivity. * Follow up on finished goods recall requests, including receiving items, updating system records, and submitting Product Disposal Approval Requests to management. * Monitor human resource requirements within the team, including attendance tracking and work supervision in compliance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Job Requierment: * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Logistic, Transpprtation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience * Strong knowledge in PPIC, Warehouse, Production and Quality Management * Good leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Familiar with Quality Management System, Toll Out and Production "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
