Our vision is clear: **to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.**  **Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain** Core Duties: ------------ * Safely guide and monitor vans within the station premises, both inside and outside the warehouse. * Ensure compliance with traffic and safety protocols, including speed limits and pedestrian zones. * Park vans in designated warehouse areas after check-in. * Assist Operations teams during driver check-in and check-out processes. * Verify documentation, such as delivery sheets and van condition reports, as required. * Support van audits, including inspecting loaded and unloaded packages to identify discrepancies. * Assist in locating missing or misplaced packages in vans or staging areas. * Prioritize tasks based on operational requirements, with a focus on addressing bottlenecks in van flow. * Report safety hazards, van damage, or unresolved package issues to Supervisors. * Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to help streamline operations. * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment. * Promote and enforce safe working methods and behaviours within the team. * Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks. * Respond to emergencies as required. * Assist with unloading trailers when necessary. * Support and assist with package sorting operations. * Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections. * Perform other related duties as assigned.
