Transactional Real Estate Paralegal

Our US Partner is one of the most highly regarded real estate and estate planning firms in New York City. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for real estate law, we want to hear from you. This is a **full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up.** ### Qualifications: * Certified paralegal or at least 3 years of experience at a residential real estate law firm. * Strong knowledge of residential NYC real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and leasing of co-ops, condos, single-familyhomes, and townhouses. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ### Key Responsibilities: * Assist attorneys in all phases of residential real estate transactions. * Draft, review, and organize closing documents * Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies to ensure seamless transactions. * Conduct title and lien reviews, addressing any issues as necessary. * Schedule and prepare for closings, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. * Handle post-closing tasks, including recording documents and preparing closing binders.
