Job Description
Join us as a Transfer Pricing Controller in NatWest Markets
* You'll be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of transfer pricing transactions and processes
* You'll play a key role in maintaining operational compliance with transfer pricing policies while supporting the delivery and ongoing implementation of transfer pricing models across NWM
* You'll be joining a very collaborative Finance team, where you'll partner with stakeholders across NWM, building a strong network and benefiting from significant visibility for both you and your work
**What you'll do**
In your role as a Transfer Pricing Controller, you'll play a key role in overseeing and maintaining compliance with transfer pricing policies across NatWest Markets. You'll support the delivery of the annual Transfer Pricing Plan, ensuring adherence to Ring-Fencing Arm's Length requirements, and help drive a robust control environment across NWM.
In this role, you'll be:
* Overseeing transfer pricing activities across NWM, partnering with Finance, Tax, business stakeholders and outsourced providers
* Reviewing and challenging transfer pricing calculations, including intercompany invoicing and settlements
* Driving the consistent application of transfer pricing methodologies across legal entities and regions
* Supporting internal audits, regulatory reviews and stakeholder queries by providing transfer pricing analysis and evidence
* Identifying operational risks, strengthening controls and driving continuous improvement across transfer pricing processes
* Contributing to wider Legal Entity Financial Control activities and strategic initiatives that support business objectives
**The skills you'll need**
We're looking for an individual with experience working in a large multinational financial services environment**,** legal entity financial control in a financial services environment or a similar finance control environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and background
* A proven ability to deliver process improvements and implement change in complex organisations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and enhancing controls
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* The ability to collaborate across functions, jurisdictions and global teams
