The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Carrier partners, so to our Carrier partners- you ARE Amazon. Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times Provides/ expedites prompt and efficient service to all the respective partner teams L2 Associates are expected to identify on-route concerns and work on troubleshooting partner issues and provide process improvement suggestions.
