Travel Consultant - Global Visas

### This is a remote position. ### Key Responsibilities * **Client-Centric Service:** Deliver personalized visa consulting services, managing the entire tourist visa application process, including electronic document collection, online application submissions, and follow-up with relevant embassies or consulates. * **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on tourist visa-related matters. * **Communication & Client Education:** Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, providing timely updates, educating them on the visa process, timelines, and requirements to ensure they are fully informed at every step. * **Sales Mindset:** Approach each client interaction with a sales-driven mindset, focused on achieving sales targets while providing exceptional service and always keeping the best interest of the client at the forefront. * **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively seek opportunities for continuous process improvement and stay informed of changes in visa regulations and procedures to keep services current and compliant. * **Leverage Technology:** To streamline the visa application process, utilize digital tools for efficient document management, and stay updated with the latest tech advancements to enhance service delivery. ### Requirements The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess a strong client-centric inter-personal skills. Self-initiative, strong interpersonal communication skills, a knack at embracing new technologies, and a strong work ethic are essential to excel in this role. ### Experience: * Minimum of \[2 years\] experience in visa consulting or a related field in an operation &/or sales &/or customer service capacity, specifically in tourist visa processing. * Competent with the array of Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, etc.). **Education:** Minimum University Bachelors degree or higher. **Language:** Fluent written & spoken English (at an advanced Level) Additional language skills are a plus. ### Benefits Compensation commensurate with experience & expertise.
