AINEO Networks is hiring a TRIBE Support Engineer in Tokyo to support CIRCLE Cloud Communications, AINEO’s cloud-based business telecom and communications service. This role is for an entry-level or early-career technical support professional with network, telecom, cloud telephony, and system administration knowledge. CIRCLE Cloud Communications helps companies communicate from mobile phones, PCs, tablets, and laptops. The service includes cloud VoIP, chat, video, collaboration, networking, cloud, machine-to-machine communication, security, professional services, and mobility solutions. **About the role** The TRIBE Support Engineer helps operate and support the CIRCLE Cloud Communications SaaS and UCaaS service. You will work with a small international team to resolve issues in partner and client systems. AINEO supports more than 500 clients across Japan, so reliability, clear communication, and careful troubleshooting are central to the role. This job fits someone who is bright, quick to learn, flexible, and interested in building a career in telecom, cloud communications, and technical support. **Main responsibilities** * Support and troubleshoot CIRCLE system issues escalated from the Partner Service Representative team. * Investigate technical problems through server login or remote access to client systems when needed. * Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 Support Engineers according to internal procedures. * Take part in new deployment projects and give technical input so systems run smoothly after launch. * Work with a four-person team with diverse backgrounds and nationalities. * Learn through on-the-job training, shadowing, and direct practice after joining. **Growth at AINEO** AINEO encourages personal growth and internal mobility.
