Tsc Workforce Planner - Workforce Planning Capacity Utilization Demand Forecasting Data Analysis

**Scope**  * Workforce Planners create reliable view to demand forecast & available supply pools (rolling 90-180 days out. * Collaborate & drive accountability with sales & delivery team, make rolling 3-6 months out plans to plug gaps in demand & supply matching. * Generate signals and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team for interlocking JIT expertise building & external hiring. * Setup and moderate TSC Control tower for drive accountability and alignment  **What you will do**  * Setup and moderate TSC Control tower for drive accountability and alignment on health of planning for region * Moderate strategic accounts staffing plans in collaboration with Business Advisors, consulting leaders and sales team * Create reliable view to demand forecast & available supply pools (rolling 90-180 days out) * Collaborate & drive accountability with sales & delivery team, make rolling 3-6 months out plans to plug gaps in demand & supply matching. * Generate signals and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team for interlocking JIT expertise building & external hiring **What we are looking for:**  * Excellent Communication and influencing skills. * Excellent at excel and data analysis.
