Tufting Lead 3rd Shift

**Job Title** Tufting Lead | 3rd Shift **Position Overview** **Objective:** The Tufting Crew Leader is responsible for the direction of the Creeler/Burn-In crews and the assistance of the shift supervisor. Including filling-in and assisting the Warping Supervisor.  **Responsibilities**  Direct burn-in crews in assignments, and monitor the burn-in crews output.  Direct Creelers in assignments to creel machines, and monitor the output of the creelers  Assist Tufting QC with weight checks and check rolls  Assist Supervisor in efficient movement of operators  Assist Supervisor with daily operations of department  Escort potential new hires and interview  Will process paperwork in absence of supervisor  Assist in keeping work areas in a clean, orderly manner  Miscellaneous duties as required  Marginal function  Assist waste teams in Department and Plant  **Requirements:**  High school diploma or GED: or equivalent combination of education and experience. #ShawIND **Work Shift** 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to out-punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM Shaw Industries is an equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
