Budget & Financial Tracking * Track expenditures against budgets in collaboration with TWRI business staff. * Flag budget anomalies, upcoming expenditure deadlines, spend down, and no-cost extension needs. * Compile financial data for reporting periods and assist in preparation of budget revisions. Proposal & Grant Support * Assist in compiling and formatting proposal components (narrative sections, budgets, CVs, letters of support). * Assist Grant Admins by maintaining proposal calendar and deadline tracker across funding opportunities. * Research sponsor guidelines, eligibility requirements, and past award data to support proposal strategy. * Coordinate subcontractor scope and budget inputs during proposal development * Assist with institute level reporting.
