This role sits at the intersection of design and performance crafting visually engaging, user-friendly experiences that directly move the needle on conversion rates. You'll work across a variety of projects, each presenting unique design challenges and opportunities to make real business impact. Mission of the Role To support the design team by producing visually compelling website elements rooted in Conversion Design principles blending aesthetics, psychology, and data-driven thinking to drive engagement and improve conversion outcomes across digital platforms. Day-to-Day Key Responsibilities: 1\. Design user interfaces optimized for conversions and engagement, applying CRO-first thinking. 2\. Collaborate with the development team to bring design elements to life. 3\. Create mockups, wireframes, and polished final designs aligned with CRO goals. 4\. Design and refine UI/UX for both desktop and mobile platforms. 5\. Stay on top of design trends, tools, and best practices to keep aesthetics modern and effective. Requirements: 1\. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). 2\. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with a hunger to learn Conversion Design. 3\. Sharp visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail. 4\. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment. 5\. Knowledge of CRO best practices is a plus. Perks: 1\.
