Undergraduate Nursing Clinical Supervisor

Summary ======= Barry University School of Nursing BSN Program is currently seeking applicants for part-time clinical supervisor positions to teach undergraduate nursing students in a clinical setting or in our Simulation Learning Center on the main campus. Applicants must have current clinical expertise in one or more of the following nursing specialties: Med Surg; Obstetrics; Pediatrics; Behavioral Health; High Acuity; Foundations; and Community. All applicants must have a minimum of an MSN Degree in Nursing and an active, unencumbered RN or APRN license in the State of Florida. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a high-quality program that prepares individuals to be responsible and respected nursing professionals. This position is Hybrid (In-Person/Remote) Essential Functions =================== * Responsibilities include supervision of a group of undergraduate nursing students (8-10) in a clinical or Simulation Learning Center setting. * Collaboration with Clinical Course Coordinator regarding lecture content, required clinical documentation, course goals and outcomes, and skills set to be achieved. * Midterm and final evaluation of students' progress in the clinical setting.
