You will play an important role in identifying promising applicants, communicating clearly about the position, and helping candidates move confidently through each stage of the hiring process. This is a strong next step for candidates who want to use their education and ALT background in a more people-focused role while continuing to contribute to English education in Japan. **Main Responsibilities** * Communicate with prospective candidates * Support candidate screening and selection * Guide applicants through the recruitment process * Explain ALT work expectations and school life in Japan * Assist with recruitment materials and hiring support * Contribute to the overall quality and development of HEART’s recruitment efforts **Conditions** * Location: Tokyo * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45–17:45 * Compensation: Starting at ¥250,000 per month, with opportunities for salary growth based on experience.
