Find out more about our mission at [www.opella.com](http://www.opella.com). **About the job:** * The role is focused on User Access Management (UAM) within the SAP landscape, with a strong emphasis on SAP Security and Access Management) **Main responsibilities:** * _Responsible to provide expertise and consult in UAM (User Access Management) and authorizations area across ERP Systems with a focus on SAP-associated applications (S/4 Hana, BW 4/Hana, Fiori, GTS, PO, BO/BOBJ and SAP GRC and/or Sailpoint);_ * _To support proper UAM transition from Projects Hypercare to RUN organizations;_ * _To handle SAP Role design, build and test for RUN and projects in a growing scenario;_ * _To provide expertise and support on projects requirements gathering, planning and UAM resources estimates;_ * _To support UAM Project teams and act as owner for UAM deliverables. To address risks and issues in a timely manner;_ * _To support ERP AMS UAM and SAP GRC and/or Sailpoint teams, while safeguarding the UAM core model by working closely with offshore support teams in maintaining and assessing of operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities;_ * _To support UAM solution, playing a role in UAM change and incident management processes with a proper tasks prioritization;_ * _To support and address UAM escalations, incidents, security breaches, audit points. To support users in cooperation with Digital and Business stakeholders;_ * _To review metrics, monitor KPIs and escalate on the potential resource gaps;_ * _To support on Regulatory and Compliance activities in UAM domain: UAM process audits (for the SOX campaigns), Annual User Access review, design and management of security and monitoring controls;_ * _Remains up to date on company’s standards, digital industry practices and emerging standards;_ * _To act as UAM representative for Live organizations and to animate key users community, seeking to raise users awareness and process improvements in UAM area;_ * _To collaborate with the enhancement process for the UAM program, including GRC Access Control, Business Roles Management and Emergency Access Management;_ * _To act as IT controls expert for ERP Systems and collaborate with other AMS/AIMS colleagues for ITGS / Audit matters;_ * _To provide Level 3 technical support and consult AMS UAM teams on the deep technical UAM and authorizations related topics and configurations across ERP and SAP GRC and/or Sailpoint systems;_ * _To support on the agenda and coordinate systems downtime support activities and systems upgrades from UAM PoV;_ **About you:** Responsible to provide expertise and consult in UAM (User Access Management) and authorizations area across ERP Systems with a focus on SAP-associated applications (S/4 Hana, BW 4/Hana, Fiori, GTS, PO, BO/BOBJ and SAP GRC and/or Sailpoint); Why us? To ensure that SoD risks are covered by the corresponding Key Users involvement;_ * _To be proactive and share expertise and best practices around UAM and authorizations area, to initiate and support systems health check and clean out activities to keep the design consistent and secured;_ * _To review and validate sensitive access provisioning within Emergency Access Management process. To ensure that proper approvers are engaged in validation process;_ * _Working closely with UAM Documentation creation and review, to participate in the trainings agenda for key users and other stakeholders communities._
